David has worked in the security industry for nearly 30 years, working in a variety of roles before acquiring ICU and building the firm's reputation across the northwest.
The CEO oversees daily operations, ensuring our teams work efficiently and that projects are completed on time. Their leadership supports both the technical and administrative sides of the business. Bernadette holds a PhD, an MBA, and is a qualified solicitor.
From managing logistics to coordinating engineers’ schedules, our Operations Manager ensures everything runs smoothly. They handle client communications, inventory management, and service coordination to keep our teams efficient and responsive. Mike has been with ICU for 8 years and has overseen the development of our bespoke engineer app which supports our engineers whilst out on site.
The backbone of our office, Paul handles customer inquiries, scheduling, and internal communications. They keep the business organized and ensure seamless operations behind the scenes.
Our Senior Engineers are experts in the installation, maintenance, and repair of intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. With years of experience, they lead complex installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to junior staff.
Junior Engineers assist in system installations and maintenance, learning from our Senior Engineers to develop their skills. They are hands-on in the field, gaining expertise in security systems while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Our Assistant Engineers are the newest members of our team, supporting installations and maintenance while learning the fundamentals of the security industry. With hands-on training and mentorship, they gain the skills needed for a future in engineering.
